JS Type Spring Vibration Mount

The JS type cooling tower spring damper utilizes a multi-spring combination as the main component, with steel plates and rubber pads arranged above and below.

This product fully utilizes the low-frequency characteristics of composite steel springs and the damping properties of rubber vibration isolation to eliminate high-frequency transmission, achieving significant vibration reduction and noise reduction effects. It also addresses the challenging issue of uneven mechanical equipment centers of gravity.

The product features an open structure, allowing it to be directly placed under equipment during installation. Once the center of gravity is adjusted, it can be secured by connecting the upper and lower ends through fixing holes, or it can be directly placed between the branch support structures of the vibration isolating base. It is suitable for vibration isolation in cooling towers, fans, water pumps, air conditioning units, and other mechanical equipment.
