Exceptional Performance: The FXV series utilizes patented technology from 1995, combining high-quality heat exchange coils with heat exchange layers and top-side air intake. This design allows for direct evaporative heat exchange with concurrent airflow and water flow, effectively lowering circulating water temperature and significantly improving heat exchange efficiency. Unlike other manufacturers’ products, which lack heat exchange layers and use counterflow heat exchange principles, BAC’s FXV design minimizes dry spots and scaling, enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
High Quality: The core component of the FXV closed-circuit cooling tower, the high-efficiency heat exchange coil, is made from high-quality low-carbon steel tubes and undergoes hot-dip galvanizing, ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance with a service life of up to 15 years.
