Double Arch Expansion Joints

The Songjiang double arch expansion joints are the most versatile rubber expansion joints on the market. The double arch design allows for greater movement than the single arch design.

The diameters of Songjiang double arch expansion joints range from 1 inch to 120 inches, and they can be made from any elastomer material. With the availability of single, double, and triple arch models, various movement requirements can be met. Non-standard designs can be manufactured according to drawings as needed.

Other options include alternative elastomers, filled arches, 304 or 316 stainless steel flange backing rings, or special bolt hole drilling. Control units are optional and may be critical depending on the application.
