In 2017, Songjiang Group invested 120 million RMB in the Shuangdian Industrial Zone, Nantong, to establish a project with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million vibration isolators. The new factory was completed and relocated in December 2018. The new facility features extensive automated and intelligent equipment, including automatic batching machines, automatic feeding machines, automatic rubber mixing machines, CNC cutting machines, CNC shearing machines, automatic forming machines, automatic vulcanizing machines, machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, CNC milling machines, automatic packaging machines, automatic winding machines, and automatic film wrapping machines. Our Nantong factory also has its own testing center, equipped with a 3-liter internal mixer, a 6-inch open mill, a rubber vulcanizer, a universal testing machine, a low-temperature tester, a high-temperature tester, an abrasion tester, a hardness tester, a hydrostatic tester, a burst tester, a fatigue tester, a spectrometer, a chloride ion tester, a vibration simulation test bench, and other testing equipment.
